So my wife has absolutely fallen in love with this device. She said it definitely helps during that time of the month. The variable setting, the heat option and even it strap is comfortable. No worries on burns from heating water, or heating pad. And your can wear it while you walk. Sadly it does have an auto shut off after 30 mins. *** she made me get one for her sister *** so men with better halfs worth the buy, ladies it works,wife approved!!!

I really like the small and trim scale of this. It straps easily around my waist and gets the heat just where I need it. I found that even through two layers of pajamas (shirt and shorts) level 3 and 4 heat was too much for me. The small size makes this really portable, but that short battery life means you have to bring along your cord and plug. I only get 2 sessions of the 30 minutes using level 2 heat with a single charge. I wish it lasted longer, but I suppose to do that it would have to be much larger to accommodate a larger battery. It does work well for pain relief. Typically when I am in pain I lay down for a break, so I am not sure how well it would hold for wandering around the house. It does work great for keeping the heat where you want it when laying down, even if you want to lay on your side. Also the thin scale and the rounded shape mean you can even lay on it comfortably.

I used this as a heating pad and messager for my knee and hip. I like that I can adjust the heat and temperature settings.

*EDIT* Heat and vibration, only lasted 30 minutes on a FULL CHARGE! Returned.I had high hopes for this heating pad and it could have been perfect, BUT it definitely has a major flaw. As someone with chronic pelvic and back pain, I need something to use throughout the day. After a full charge, only using heat on the lowest setting with NO vibration, it just barely lasts 90 minutes. That wouldn't be too bad if it didn't take at least 3 HOURS to charge again. I spend more time waiting for it to charge than actually being able to use it in a day. The LED lights DO NOT turn off! I'm sure this drains the battery even faster. Plus it makes it super noticeable under clothing.I spent more than the cost of other heating pads to get this one because of the updated features. I like that this company is continuously upgrading the product to make it better. I would focus on the battery life going forward as that is so important to most of us. Everything else is great. I love the bigger surface area as it covers more of my pain areas at once, instead of just the very center of my abdomen. I love having 4 heat settings and 4 vibration modes, instead of only 3. It definitely gets hot enough. The strap is so stretchy and actually adjusts to fit all or most waists. My last one just barely clicked in and this one I had to tighten almost all the way. Definitely plenty of room!! (Reference: I wear 16/18 or 1X in bottoms)As far as pain relief, I have Endometriosis and chronic pain syndrome. The heat relaxes me and the vibration distracts me from the pain. That's why I like using both. I can't say it completely takes my pain away, but it does offer some relief. I just wish it lasted longer to truly know if it helps!!! At this price point, I can't justify buying a 2nd one to continuously use them. There's another brand on here for $20 and it was AMAZING until the heat stopped working after only a couple of months. I did use it every day though! Since that one died I've been trying so hard to replace it. I really thought this would be the one, but after using it for ONE DAY, I'm not sure this is it for me.I purchased the gray one. In the photo on Amazon it looked more like a blue gray, but this is still a nice neutral color.

Bought this for my daughter. She has struggled with painful menstrual cramps for years. When they are far away in college all you want to do is fix it when they're hurting. Sent this to her and she called the next week absolutely raving about it! She said it helped so much and was so happy she could wear it even while in the car. Would purchase again in a heartbeat

This took hours to charge and only last 20 mins until it was dead again. I've charged it all day and it still doesnt turn on for very long. It also doesn't hold charge for more than a day. Completely defective.

The heat is great, it just needs a longer battery life. Unfortunately the vibration feature is nonsense and doesn't work. The vibration is 95% noise. You hardly feel it.Other than that the device looks pretty cool and is of good build quality.
