This kit worked super well for upgrading a pocket door recently. The existing hardware that was in the doorway was terrible and dragging so I had to cut out some of the drywall to pull the old hardware and install this new hardware. If you are handy it will be easy to install this, but I will say the instructions aren’t the best due to grammatical and spelling errors. There are also some odd mentions and confusing statements. For example they mention soft close, but I’m fairly certain that’s a separate item for perhaps a different configuration than what mine came with. That said the hardware is good and the functionality is great so I won’t dock the rating for the language translation barrier issue. Overall a good product. Once the pocket door is installed the pocket door moves almost effortlessly with a slightest push since the casters have ball bearings in the wheels. The door moves smooth like butter!

Good quality product. Easy to install. I used mine to replace an old one from the 60’s. Different length track so think ahead. Changed the opening disc to a new locking one that actually works. It glides so easily that a baby could open it.

First, the price is right. Second, installation is easy, if you have framed in a pocket door before. This kit has everything you need. The rest you can get at the home store. A couple of 1x3s or 1x4s and you build your own frame. I am building a house in Peru and I could not get a kit here. I ordered another kit on Amazon but there were ridiculous delays in shipping and I never got it. But this shipped immediately and for half the cost of any other kits. The rollers are top notch. The rail is cut to size and fine, high quality aluminum. It mounted in minutes and the door rolled smoothly and positively. So we immediately built the frame. I think it took 30 minutes and we were ready for drywall. Use your head and common sense. Order the correct size you need. And build your doorway. You do not need more than this kit offers.

The overall unit design is excellent. The door trolleys are quiet and move easily. The main beam is rigid and will last forever. My only complaint is the installation screws. They are not up to the quality of the rest of the kit. So, have your own replacement screws Otherwise, it's well designed and produced.

Honestly a solid kit at a reasonable price. Rollers and connection mechanism is really smooth and easy to install. The soft open/close buffers are slick in how easy they were to install or adjust. All around good product for good value. Would buy again.

Perfect replacement for old squeaky or jammed pocket doors.

Product works great, runs very smooth and quiet. But I would recommend trough away the screws that came with it and use new stronger screws, because as you adjust it the screws heads break off. It is possible that if they don't break when you install the doors they may break later if you are installing a heavy door. My doors are 35kg each and I did not wanted to risk since 3 off the screws heads broke while I was screwing them.
