Got it for my grandmother she drinks a lot of hot tea. She boils water in a pot then pours it in the cup. Not sure if it is microwave safe.

This is a incredibly beautiful and high quality cup. Bought it for my mum and she loves it so much. The glass is able to withstand boiling hot water! The base is solid to prevent cracking. This is a perfect gift for birthday, Anniversary, Valentine’s Day and Xmas! Your girlfriends, mum, mother-in-law, etc etc would love this!

Low quality product very different from the pictures. Looks and feels cheap. Could have picked something like this from the local $2 shop

I got this for my mum for mothers day and she LOVED it. It's very well made and you can drink out of it. Put the cup under warm water for 30 seconds first though. Wonderful!
