Fast, easy transaction..... a great value!
I received my part in two days, apart from the fact that these parts are plastic and dont last as long as I wish they would for a full time RV'r...... it was fairly easy to install ... great value for the money. I shopped around in the local RV parts stores in my area and this same part was twice as much as I got it for from you :) Well worth the two day wait!

It's a very nice inlet for your water tank if worked perfectly for fine for me.
I like it It's a nice lock door with a spout to going into the water tank. It's got one hole that you can hook a line to that runs to the tank that allows the air to flow out. Any other one I use for the inlet for the water. The other one I just don't use. I wouldn't recommend it for city water. But if you have a gravity-fed tank it'll work perfect. I could see it breaking if you over tighten the screws screwing it in and fastening it down. There is no gasket though It would be nice if they had a gasket that would mount behind it to seal it one bolting it to or screwing it to your trailer or whatever you're using it for. Overall I'm very pleased It comes with two keys It locks nice It's really nice I debated for a long time for the reviews and ended up doing it anyways and I'm glad I did.

Great replacement part
This was a perfect replacement for the broken unit on an RV. Good quality. Fit the same. Looks great.

One Slight Issue
The part itself was easy enough to install, however....... I don't know if I'm using correct terminology as I'm new to the whole RV experience. The inlet port on the inside of this part is pointing up at about a 45 degree angle. This prevented me from being able to attach the rigid plastic water line to it. Since there is no real give in the water line, trying to force it to even slightly bend in order to screw in placed enough pressure on the point of attachment that it leaked. I ended up having to remove part of the rigid water line and replace it with a piece of Accuflex 150 psi from the first elbow to the inlet port using new brass fittings and 1/2" pinch clamps. Works like a charm now!

You get what you pay for.
Decent product for the price. Only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because mine showed up with a crack from the gravity fill to the top of the housing. I used some epoxy to fix this but still a disappointment. Everything else seems to be fine.

Only a year old and wetting the floor.
Cracks and a rough edge caused a leak that soaked the floor. This brand will never be on my list again. Oh, and the plastic retaining clip broke off during installation. I should've taken that as a sign.

Junk
I ended up buying this 2 separate times, thinking the first was a fluke; nonetheless, both were trash. The first one I bought had a leak from the city water inlet, that ended up warping the wall of our RV before it was caught. The first time I installed it, I just used regular pipe thread tape, so I figured that could have been an issue, because fittings were as tight as they could be without cracking the plastic. I ended up taking it apart, and using blue monster thread tape, but it still leaked. I then ordered a whole new inlet, and started off by using the blue tape this time. I installed the fittings before mounting the inlet into the RV, ensuring that I could get the fitting as tight as it would go. I figured with the better tape, and putting the fitting on first would guarantee it wouldn’t leak….nope, leaks just as bad as before. The fitting can’t be tightened anymore, without cracking the inlet since it’s cheap plastic. So did what others did, and just removed the city water connection, and made my own out of brass fittings. Definitely wouldn’t suggest this product to anyone. Picture is after modifications.

City water connection is leaky
As soon as I connected the city water, its water valve began to leak. Poorly manufactured and flimsy product. I do not recommend this purchase.
