Extremely impressed with this supplement. My nails were breaking all the time and one had lost the natural curve of the nail and would grow kind of straight. I’m a gardener and the broken nail problem was constant. I started using these gummies about 6 months ago. First of all, they taste great. Maybe a little too great. I sometimes take a couple more as a treat. My nails started getting stronger very quickly. I noticed they stopped breaking right away. Also they started growing more quickly. After a couple of months I started noticing a change in the growth of the nail. They are growing with a smoother texture, less ridges. Now after about 6 months of using it, my nails are shiny. On their own. I never paint my nails, but occasionally have used a shiny coat on them. Now they look almost like I’ve a shiny transparent nail polish on. It’s amazing. I’m in healthcare and wash my hands a hundred times a day. No broken nails. No yellow nails. Love.

I purchased the nail gummies because my nails were brittle and was always chipping and splitting. I have been using the product for a couple of weeks and already there has been a great improvement in my nails.I have not experienced the breakage that I have experienced previously.
