I've tried several fish oil supplements in the past and always dreaded the infamous fish burps that come with them. With this product, it's a whole different story. It's actually the reason why I initially went with this product. When I do burp, it actually tastes more like lemons instead of that awful fishy taste. It rarely ever happens though. I like that I don't have to freeze the pills to avoid the fish burps, which is a huge plus for me. They are stored at room temperature (65F to 85F) and I still don't have issues with getting the fish burps. I've noticed taking this supplement consistently offers an improvement in my cholesterol levels according to my blood work. I was skeptical at first, as someone who works in the medical field told me that these supplements don't make a difference, but I'd rather have something versus nothing for heart health. I've also been kind of an unbeliever of homeopathic medicine most of my life. After purchasing and using this product for several months, I can confidently say that it truly helps with heart health. While I appreciate that Omega-3 Fish Oil sourcing uses fish caught in Iceland, I don't know if this is true or not, and it doesn't really make a difference to me. What I do see are the positive results of taking it consistently, and I suppose it does help with feeling like I'm getting "exceptional purity" and "zero contamination." It's also great knowing that if I'm putting something of such high quality into my body, it's already been figured out as part of the product design and listed as a feature and benefit. This supplement supports lowering my cholesterol levels, which is why I buy it, but if it also provides me benefits like supporting joint, eye, brain, and skin health, it's nice to know that I'm getting so many benefits from just one product. I like that it's third-party tested for purity and does not contain any preservatives, GMOs, soy, gluten, milk, egg, or other nonsense. That makes me feel like I'm getting something "pure" and "organic" versus something that is mass-produced with no concern for consuming processed supplements on a daily basis. I recommend this supplement to anyone looking for a high-quality, effective, and pleasantly surprising product. It has made a noticeable difference in my life when I take it daily, and my lab work says all I need it to say to continue to use it and buy it.

I was told to start taking Omega 3 by my doctor 14 years ago when I was 28. I passed, at 28 long term health, unfortunately, was not big on the agenda. My father has dementia. It's a horrible disease. A DNA test confirms he carries 2 copies of the APOE, one from each parent. My DNA shows he passed one copy to myself. I remembered reading something along the way about OMEGA 3 and dementia so I went to do some new research and seen how many benefits come with Omega 3's, including Delaying onset of Alzheimer's, Macular Degeneration, Inflammation, Diabetes, Skin Health and many more. I also have some unknown autoimmune problems that has caused a lot of pain and slow healing skin ulcers. This is my 3rd week taking these pills. There is only a very small hint of fish every few days after a meal. Way ok with me, and I do not eat fish. I have read that freezing them would help, but really, it's not bad enough to go through freezing them. 3 seconds of a very very light fishy taste is tolertable. I have already noticed my eyes are less dry and just in the last few days have I felt some relief from my autoimmune flare that has been ongoing for 9 MONTHS! I understand it can take a couple of months to get full effects of taking Omega's so I am curious and a bit excited to see how I will feel then. In any event, I know I am doing one of the very few things I can to protect my cognitive health, which is very important to me. The idea of my children taking care of me like we take care of my father. I want to protect them from as much of that as I can.
