The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent product all around once you worked out the instructions it’s a very easy install and seems to work perfectly exactly as described. I’m thinking about putting one of these on other doors in the house. I recommend you use the smart life app with it. You can use it to set up fingerprints or even open the door remotely.

The code function works but the finger print sensor was dead. However the sensor started working again after i took the battery out for 5 minutes.Option for quiet operation with no beeps via the app but this made the password option difficult as you cannot easily tell if you have actually pressed the correct password or not. Plus the numbers are so close together making entering the code difficult.The app is amazing…Youtube video on the design failure of the lock does not extend to this lock. Strong magnets was not able to unlock this device.Size of knob made the knob too close to the door frame.

Do not spend money on this lock , it looks great and on paper is good, problem with it : after a week doesn’t recognise your fingerprints anymore , says the batteries are flat , doesn’t accept the code either short while after and totally not weatherproof.I needed to replace it with a normal door knob now , because you will rock to close yourself out.DO NOT BUY!Mine is already in the bin

The media could not be loaded. its great has 5 x way entry system 1. key 2. fingerprint, 3. phone app unlock, 4. pin unlock, 5 Alexa unlock. Only disappointment is you cannot Alexa unlock directly. they want you to buy a Tuyu Bluetooth Gateway device sold separately and cost nearly same as the lock itself. I’ve given it 4 stars because they should have provided this device with the product to Alexa Echo unlock as a complete kit. Anyone like me looking at the title purchase would think buy it and it will work out of the box, simple it does not work with alexa false advertising! The batteries are just basic batteries and i would recommend people you buy yourselves those Longer Life Batteries to stop the inconvenience of having to remove the backplates all the time! I had to buy this item to stop toddlers coming into my room and making a mess and having to clean up, product works great and i can only leave a review update after 6 month or 1yr down the line to see how it gone! I would recommend this product for indoors I’m not sure about outdoors. just make sure you don’t try to open lock with wet hands when coming out of washroom as it sometimes fails to detect.

The media could not be loaded. Really pleased with this product. Really easy to set up and install, lots of different ways to unlock and feels extremely solid. Only just installed so can't comment on how long it will last but fingers crossed!

The media could not be loaded. I love this! It looks cool and gadgety but it is also actually good lol. Easy to fit although I did faff around with certain things that I didn’t need to. Tip- Once you’ve measured, just cut the hole, the door snib will slide in fin as long as you line up the door template well.I do find issue sometimes with fingerprint reading but that’s more to do with when I registered my fingerprint than the door, I’m going to delete my fingerprint and redo it, should fix it. Key works smoothly, keypad works well. Yeah- sexy, secure handle, there’s a QR code in the booklet to get the app on your phone. App only works when you’re with the handle (not Wi-Fi) but it is easy to use and to register prints. Going to buy 2 more to replace my other handles
