Favorite Cookware!
By far the best cookware set I've found! Great variety of sizes and a steal when they go on sale. They heat up fast and evenly and so far no scratches 6 months later. Haven't had anything stick yet and they clean up easily too. Quality in and out. Whether you cook a lot or a little, invest in GreenPan!

Satisfactory replacement for my Teflon cookware
I purchased a full set of GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware a year ago, some individual items and a large set. The large set arrived in a box packed intricately, and I found only a couple insignificant chips to the coating from transit. After using the cookware for a year, I would say I’m mostly satisfied. Its nonstick characteristics are holding up well, and it doesn’t seem to suffer from regular dishwasher cleanings using Cascade Platinum. Often the pan can be sprayed with water, wiped dry and stored without any detergent. The bottoms are slightly prone to minor rust if they stay wet, but that hasn’t been a problem for me. The nonstick is very good, and I’m hoping the chemically inert properties are accurately represented as ditching Teflon-coated cookware was the paramount reason for buying these. The exterior coating is also very durable. The thickness of the pans is just enough to be satisfactory. Their light weight and durability allow me to use them when car camping. I find the slightly concave bottoms are not ideal for a solid surface cooktop since there is reduced heat transfer, but it isn’t a showstopper. On an induction stove, it seems as though the ferrous portion doesn’t quite fully span the bottom on some pans so they don’t heat as fully or evenly as they might otherwise. The most satisfactory heat source for these pans is a gas flame. The rough texture on the bottoms is helpful preventing the pans slipping around on tabletop canister stoves, which I appreciate. Another issue is with the lids. They let steam/condensation escape through the seam between the glass and the stainless-steel surround rim which causes water to pool on the lid and eventually dribble onto whatever cooktop you are using even when just simmering. You learn to lift the lid above the pan so it can drip all this water into the pan. And the handles get very hot fairly quickly, so you have to use a hot pad. Overall, I’m happy with this GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware and for the money, I’d buy it again and recommend it.

Did not perform as claimed. Not non-stick. The coating flakes/chips (not using metal or scraping).
Summary: Did not perform as claimed. Not in the two years I've owned them from start to just around 20 months. They stick in almost all conditions. They have chipped despite careful use and perfect attention to use and care instructions. They are also in our vacation cabin and get used 20% of normal. Details below if you are interested from a warranty claim submission process. Their customer support completely dismissed me. Initial dismissal: They paste a response that it was wear/tear within three minutes of my initial email? Didn't even have time to review what I wrote in that period and still compose their response. The warranty process asks for details and pictures. I sent a link to all images. They were never downloaded (Drobpox notifies on viewing or download). It is simply a case of pasting scripted responses and denying the issues clearly communicated and documented with timestamped photos within and throughout the warranty period. Excerpt from warranty claim that described the use and issues below. They have not held up. I do not recommend (even at a relatively low price point). They don't perform as advertised even in a part-time kitchen. Most importantly, customer support is abysmal and disaffected. ------ I have followed the care instructions exactly (also attached), including: Never been in the dishwasher (even though it claims they are dishwasher safe) They have always been hand washed with a gentle brush or sponge and Dawn dish soap. We have never used a harsh cleaner or abrasive. I use silicone or plastic cooking utensils almost exclusively. The only exception is a wooden spoon or spatula. Even our tongs have silicone tips. We have not used metal utensils even though it says this is safe to do (within limitations). We use light oils such as grapeseed, olive oil, or butter. I’ve never used a cooking spray in these or any other pans. We use an induction cooktop at recommended settings. I’m an experienced cook. They have never been in an oven. They have never been left to sit or soak (always cleaned immediately after allowing them a normal cooldown at room temperature (and always off the cooktop). They have never been left on a cooktop hob empty/hot. The pans are always stored with protective felt liners between them. And considering the note below about these being in our vacation cabin, they are rarely disturbed. They are in their own dedicated drawer below the cooktop and are not mixed or piled with other cookware (pictures included). Lids are also stored separately in their own drawer. The pans are not performing as claimed and advertised. Problems include: Almost all regular foods we cook stick, including eggs, sautéed vegetables, or meats. Eggs are the most common food we cook in the pans (at least daily) and I cook sunnyside up on very low to medium heat with light oil or butter (or ghee). And yet the eggs always stick and require scraping with plastic spatula to remove from the pan. They don’t slide at all. I’ve tried medium heat and related with no change. Flipping an egg per a standard practice (throw/flip) is impossible, yet I’m skilled at this flip. Anything with any sugar content (sweet bell peppers) burns onto the pan. I use medium-high typical heat for this (never full). I have to use a soft plastic scraper and work to get the residue off. The most frequently used pans have developed a tinted/brown staining/film that will not come off the bottom of the pan. Several of the pans have flaking ceramic coating in spots or small lines. I can’t explain these as we don’t use metal utensils or silverware in the pans. **Infrequent Use** The pans are not performing and not holding up (flaking). But even more confusing is that fact that these pans are at our vacation cabin. We only use it 1-2 weekends a month or a week here and there when we can get away (but even when there, we don’t cook daily with these pans due to restaurants, takeout, use of other cookware). I would say they have seen 20% of the use of a normal pan over the comparable time period since it is not a full-time home. The 20% is a conservative/high estimate. By comparison to cheaper coated pans I have at our full-time home, The GreenPans have been used so gently and infrequently compared to our full-time home cookware. That full-time cookware at home basic non-stick (non ceramic) pans that are our daily use. They get the same care and approach with technique and tools but are used constantly and even by less-experienced cooks (like the teenagers). Those pans have held up for about 7 years and have zero issues. I wanted to go to ceramic by GreenPan for safety and eco, but they just are not performing as claimed.

BEST. PANS. EVER.
These pans are hands down the best pans I have ever used!!!!!!! NOTHING sticks to them, things that may be overcooked or would stick to any of my previous 'non stick' pans don't stick to these! It makes cooking so much more enjoyable, clean up SO much faster and easier - I'm seriously in love with these pans and don't want to use any other brand ever again. I'm HOOKED. As far as some reviews saying they are only non stick for a while - Green Pan includes a "Renew Sponge" to remove any sticky residue from overheating oils over time. I haven't had to use that on mine yet - I've been using them 5 months now. They're still as fabulous as the day they arrived. I agree with another reviewer who stated why bother putting them in the dishwasher when clean up is a breeze! Sometimes I do put them in the dishwasher, but if the dishwasher is full, it really is NO BIG DEAL to put some soap in these and wipe them down with a sponge to clean - nothing sticks!!!!! They are amazing high quality pans!

Good and Bad after 3 ½ years
I have had my pans for 3 ½ years, use them daily, and have experienced both the good and bad these pans have to offer. No doubt, right out of the box, nothing sticks to these pans. But for a variety of reasons the super slick nature eventually diminishes. The pans are still decent compared to other non-stick options. My pans arrived with some of the ceramic coating missing along the very top of the rim of one of the pans. I contacted GreenPan and was told that they would not replace the single pan from the 16-piece set, but I could repackage and return the entire set to Amazon. I elected not to do that and kept the pan. After several more months the ceramic coating began to flake off of the rivets that attach the handle to the three sauté pans. I contacted GreenPan and was told that this did not qualify as a defect and that the missing ceramic coating did not degrade the usability of the pan. Well, I was very skeptical and concerned that GreenPan was just gaslighting me. It is true that extremely sticky foods like eggs tend to stick to the rivets but all in all it is minor and it takes only a little extra scrubbing or soaking to remove the stuck-on food. After 6-months in service my pans were no longer had that super slick surface but were still fairly easy to clean up. After the first-year food started to stick such that, I had to soak the pans for a while during cleanup. After a little research I learned to use a melamine foam sponge to clean-off cooking residue that was building up on the ceramic surface and causing food to stick. It really does help restore a certain degree of non-stick to the surface. It does not renew the surface to the point of the just out of the box surface, but they are still easy to clean. These pans are very lightweight and the surface heats up very fast. However there is some unevenness in the heating. I have a Thermador range with the 5-point star pattern burners which helps keep a very evenly distributed flame. I still rotate my pans during cooking so the hot spots do not develop. So after 3 ½ years, would I buy these again? Yes I think I would. I do not use metal utensils, only nylon or wood. The surface has held up well with very little scratching. Even with daily use. And the occasional scrubbing with a melamine foam sponge keeps the pans surface adequately non-stick.

Nothing Sticks and easy to clean
This 11 pc. set seems to check all of the boxes for our cooking demands. The variety of pans is perfect and the padded dividers is a nice extra. The cookware heats well, cleans very easily and I think looks good! We have cooked a variety of things since receiving them and no food has stuck to the pans. We have only cooked on low to medium heat and of course they’re new, so hopefully they keep performing, which they should based on other reviews I’ve read.

Meeting Expectations
So far so good! We’ve had our new set of cookware for about a month now, and it’s performing very well. The non-stick surface is easy and quick to cook on, there has been no staining, and cleanup is a breeze! Plus all the pieces stack well in our drawers. Very glad that we opted for this brand instead of other higher-priced brands.

High quality, non stick
I waited a for a month of use to review. If you follow the instructions, don't always use the highest heat setting, use non metal utensils, use the protectors to nest etc this set should last a long time. Very easy to clean, even heat. My only complaint is the pot lids don't have a hole for steam that my old set had so you have to leave the lid tilted on pot to avoid boil over.

Waste of money. Trying to return
I’ve had these pans for a little over a month. And have used according to the directions with a little oil. Everything sticks to the pan. Burning the food. I’ve tried turning the heat down, still burns. Also today I noticed that some of the pans were beginning to peel. Incredibly bummed as I was hoping these would last us for years. - didn’t make 2 months.

Very delicate
incredibly beautiful pots. very gentle to use. from improper storage I damaged one. now everything has started to stick to it. if one scratch appears it is a disaster. I wash it in the dishwasher. one minus. the handle gets very hot! impossible to touch. always have to use a glove

Healthy and worth the money
My wife was insisting on buying this set because of its 'healthy' materials. As a man, I didn't really consider it necessary but now I'm the one who uses them all the time. Easy to clean, fast to heat, and heats evenly! Pretty satisfied with it, highly suggested.

Fijn set
De pannen voldoen volledig. Fijn set met alles wat je nodig hebt. Nadel is de vervoerder DHL, de dozen waren alle twee flink beschadigd. Gelukkig de pannen niet. DHL is niet betrouwbaar.
