Earthful multivitamin for man have following properties. 1.100% Plants based multivitamin. 2. Non synthetic. 3. Boosts immunity and promotes better skin and hair. 4. Vitamin D3 and K2 help strengthen and maintain healthy bones.

Good packaging, great ingredients, but no result, feels no difference unlike zincovit tablets. You gotta also take into the account that how bioavailable those vitamins are. And there is no mention of minerals in ingredients, without minerals absorption would be less. Edit 1 week after buy: Since other multivitamins' dose is higher than this, i started taking 4 capsules a day and seeing very minor benefits. Maybe it does work on higher doses but who spends ₹50 a day just for 1 supplement. Edit 1 month after buy: Man i take it back what i said. Improvements are supposed to be in seen in long term but not within a few days of taking a plant based capsules like these instead of synthetic ones. Yes, we should use synthetic ones whenever we need them the most, but only for a few days. Plant based ones are the safest to use for the long term so i am only taking the regular dose which is 2 capsules a day now. I still yet to know the bioavailability of the ingredients tho.

I would like to give a kudos to the Founders of earthful. I’m sure both of them are upto creating something big that’s useful to the end consumers. The reason I say this is, I have been suffering from a long term stomach issues from last 2years. I couldn’t figure out things. Went to a lot of doctors and they all give few tablets/tonic which based on the symptoms but not focus in the cause. I came across this brand & wanted something naturally made. I have never been an advocate and consumer of Multi-vitamins/magnesium etc. I thought to give it a try. To my surprise this has been really effective. I started to notice bloating/constipation went away from day 3. I am consuming both their vitamins/magnesium from last 1 month. I don’t know what is that magic ingredients in these but it’s really effective and best part is immediate results. I surely can’t thank enough the founders of this company. So people suffering from regular stomach issues,I urge them to please give this combination a try and see. It’s truly magical and effective.
