Best natural multivitamin
I've been using Earthful Multivitamin for a few weeks and already feel more energetic. My skin looks clearer, and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in hair strength too. I love that it's 100% plant-based and natural. Definitely a great daily supplement!

Earthful multivitamin for man have following properties. 1.100% Plants based multivitamin. 2. Non synthetic. 3. Boosts immunity and promotes better skin and hair. 4. Vitamin D3 and K2 help strengthen and maintain healthy bones.

Lacks Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6
Good packaging, great ingredients, but no result, feels no difference unlike zincovit tablets. You gotta also take into the account that how bioavailable those vitamins are. And there is no mention of minerals in ingredients, without minerals absorption would be less. Edit 1 week after buy: Since other multivitamins' dose is higher than this, i started taking 4 capsules a day and seeing very minor benefits. Maybe it does work on higher doses but who spends ₹50 a day just for 1 supplement. Edit 1 month after buy: Man i take it back what i said. Improvements are supposed to be in seen in long term but not within a few days of taking a plant based capsules like these instead of synthetic ones. Yes, we should use synthetic ones whenever we need them the most, but only for a few days. Plant based ones are the safest to use for the long term so i am only taking the regular dose which is 2 capsules a day now. I still yet to know the bioavailability of the ingredients tho.
