PocBuds Wireless Earphones Earbuds with Dual LED Display Charging Case

These earbuds are incredible! The sound quality is clear and outstanding, and they are the first pair that do not bother my ears--I even forget I'm wearing them. The case and earbuds hold their charge for as long as advertised, and not once has anyone complained that they can't hear me (as has been the case with other brands). I would definitely buy them for a gift or a spare pair.

Sadly, the first pair I received did not work properly. The earbuds need to pair with each other, after which you pair them with your device. Bluetooth on your device should show only one K6, not two, to pair with. Mine showed two K6s in the available devices list. This meant each earbud was acting independently and not together as a pair. I could only get one to work at a time. I quickly emailed the company's support, and they answered me early the next morning. Not only that, they had already arranged for a brand new pair to be sent to me. Two days later they arrived, and it took me all of two minutes to get connected to my phone. They sound very nice. So, I was impressed with the product (build, sound, quality) but, I am more impressed with the customer service. For that alone, I highly recommend the K6 ear buds.Also, I really like the little case they come in. The earbuds also respond to touch just as they should. Note, too that the warranty is a lifetime warranty and supports "permanent replacement for damaged, defective, upgraded, or lost products". You don't see many warranties like that, these days. This is, all things considered, a great buy. Again, highly recommended.UPDATE: Unfortunately, the new earbuds sent to me also failed. They worked perfectly for about a day, then they no longer responded to either single or triple command presses. I reset them (the six presses did work); however, this failed to fix the problem. More concerning is the company did not respond to my request for support. As a result, I will be requesting a refund and now downgrade my rating. I can no longer recommend the K6 earbuds.UPDATE: I am changing my rating, again because the customer service from this vendor has been amazing. They are continuing to work with me to understand and solve the problems I had. Also, I now believe my issue with the second set they sent me as a replacement (certain command taps not working) was the configuration of the app I use to play my music, Poweramp. They are going to test this with the earbuds I returned to them. I feel confident they will resolve the issue. Pocbuds really seems to care about creating a quality product and taking care of their customers. Again, I point to the unusual and comprehensive warranty which they stand behind 100%; Pocbuds has certainly proven that to me. Overall, I am back to recommending this product and this company.

I honestly love these earbuds. It’s only unfortunate that the battery went loose and one of them can’t charge but they were high quality and the sound in them was a perfect balance of bass and treble.

Great for the price! Connect super early, charge right in the case and good sound quality band range, I can walk 30 feet from phone and still hear music. They are not super comfortable so when wearing for a long period my ears get sore but may just be me. I bought another set for my husband. I do hate the voice that comes on and says "please charging" when battery gets low, it's annoying bc it will be at 30% and still want a charge however can go like 8 hours without needing one

I've had these for about a month. With talking on the phone I have no complaints at all hearing is great and I'm heard clearly on the other end. I've been able to go about three week an a charge maybe more depending upon the usage. The only down side that I've had is that the sound quality for listening to music is not the greatest. By that I mean there is no bass to the ear buds plenty of treble and some noticable mid-tones. But I didn't buy them for listening to music which is OK with me I have other quality headssets if I want to listen to music on my phone. All in all I feel that they are a great for what they are. If you want to listen to music I suggest that you look for something different.

I got 4 of these, one for each member of the family. We’ve had these for about a month, so this review will be about my experience using them at least once daily for a month or so.First off, I'm happy with my purchase and don't regret getting these. All the negatives I will mention in this review are still not bad enough to make me regret my purchases.The headphones are comfortable even when worn for long stretches of time. The battery life is in line with other Bluetooth headsets I've owned, but these have the added nice feature of having a wireless charger you can carry with you at all times. They do suffer from the same issues the original headphones suffer in that in some people they will fall off constantly. Making me real glad I didn't overspend on the originals.The carrying case charger thing seems nice and sturdy. Although after a few weeks it has already started to fail to recognize and charge one of my headphones. One of my sons' case has also behaved like this.The sound quality is average and there is absolutely no noise cancelation. In my case this is perfect because I get to be more aware of my surroundings (which is something I wanted).I've had no issues pairing these to my computer, two laptops, phone, and tablet. It's pretty easy to switch from one and the other.The buttons on the side of the headphones suffer from what every capacitive button suffers: the detection is sometimes off and it's hard to sometimes get it to work. This is not unique to this product but it's something you should know.All in all, I'm happy with the purchase and think some of the negatives could be solved in further design revisions.

Really, no need to buy expensive earpods. These work wonderfully, the only thing I still cannot figure out is how to turn it on and off using the airpod, I just use my phone to hang up on a phone call. Pretty comfortable, sound is good, and my family says they can hear me just fine when I call them. I will buy for another family member they work great. It wpuld be nice of there were ear protectors.Charge lasts a long while!
