I was looking for a new water bottle that does not use the straw and this fit the bill. Carries a bunch of water. Cap comes off easy enough, though I would suggest having 2 hands ready to open the cap. The one-handed opening will take more dexterity. The 32 oz. is perfect for biking or going to the gym. I washed it multiple times and it is very easy to wash.I will recommend this for those who are looking for a hand-carry bottle with a perfect grip.

This thing is so cool. At first, I didn't know if I’d like it since it isn’t insulated but that’s kind of a bonus since the ice melts and I’m actually able to drink the full 32 oz and not just the little bit of water before refilling it with more water and ice. The strap I didn’t know it came with was also a nice surprise and makes carrying it really easy (but it’s also leak-proof so you can throw it in a bag too and not have to worry about it spilling everywhere). Definitely my new favorite water bottle. I love being able to see how much water I’m drinking each day
