I recommend ordering a touch bigger, I normally wear Mens Large shirts, and I decided to order the XL size. A bit tight on the calves but long enough for me at 6ft tall, about 190lbs.

Overall I'm 5 months pregnant I got a XL , it comfy, soft & warm , with the ankle and wrist part wish it wasn't as tight seeing I'm not a tight fitted person I like loose fitting only thing annoying tbh & I was expecting better quality in the face to look a little more like stitch , but over all it's cute .
