I’m very happy with this chair! It arrived well-packaged, and assembly was straightforward. I used a power screwdriver, and it was fully assembled in about 20–30 minutes. The chair looks exactly like the listing photos. The black leather finish with the gray accents gives it a premium, executive appearance. It feels sturdy, the padding is thick and comfortable, and the high back provides great support for long hours of sitting. The inflatable lumbar support is a nice feature and lets you adjust the lower back support to your preference. The flip-up armrests are also very convenient, especially when you want to slide the chair under a desk to save space. The seat is spacious, the chair rolls smoothly, and the height adjustment works perfectly. Overall, it feels like a much more expensive chair than it actually is. I’ve attached real photos after assembly so others can see what it looks like in a home office setting. If you're looking for a comfortable executive chair at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this one!

The chair is very comfortable and sturdy. I’m sitting for long periods of time and the lumbar support on this chair makes it so much easier. It looks great, it’s adjustable, easy to assemble, great price, highly recommend.

I got this chair for my Son,top tier quality, so comfortable, the paddings are soft but durable. Great body alignment and help you with your posture. Proper weight, not heavy and was easy to set up as well. He loves it, i cant get him out his chair. Great deal, I really really recommend this product. Screams luxury!

UPDATE August 2026: I've had this chair now for over 3 years and use it 4-8 hours everyday. The seat cushion feels about the same as it did a year or so ago - still comfortable to sit in and only slightly compressed compared to what I remember it was when brand new. The vinyl on one of the arm rests is beginning to crack on the outside side edge but but not so bad as to warrant buying a new chair. Overall the chair remains in very good to great condition and has far surpassed in durability and comfort the previous office chairs I've bought. I'd still recommend this chair. UPDATE Feb 2025: Nearly 2 years on now of 8+ hours per day of use in my home office/music room. I'm 180 lbs/6'2" so not exactly light weight, but also well within the weight limits of the chair. I can say that of 4 or so office chairs I've bought over the past 15 years or so from Staples, Office Depot and Amazon, this one has been by far the most durable and comfortable of them all. All of the others began to de-laminate the fabric within 1 year and become so uncomfortable to sit on for lack of cushioning that they had to be replaced at about the 2-3 year point. The seat bottom foam on this chair has degraded maybe 50% in the time I've owned it, but it remains comfortable enough for me and I can feel there is still some cushioning left. Surprisingly, the lumbar feature that I originally thought was pure gimmick, actually still works. I hadn't even thought about it in the past year but noticed the pump balloon hanging down this morning and decided to play around with it. The first thing I noticed was it still air in the bladder from late 2023! Not all of the air from 2023, but it wasn't completely flat either. The material remains in as-new condition with no seams parting, fake leather de-laminating, etc. Overall, I'm really surprised at how durable this chair has proven in my use case. UPDATE Nov 2023: I've had the chair in daily use in my home office now for 6 months. I use it 3-6 hours a day, or more, 7 days a week. The chair has held up well so far. The "leather" coverings are not beginning to peel, as they did on previous Amazon-branded executive chairs. However, the seat has flattened out and no longer has much in the way of cushioning. It is, however, not bad and there's enough compressed material in the cushion to make the chair comfortable enough for my use. ORIGINAL May 2023: The chair requires some assembly, as expected, but in my case all the holes lined up and were properly threaded. The adjustable lumbar system doesn’t hold air, as other reviews point out, and the hose comes off easily but I fixed that with some small tie wraps. The important thing for me is how well the seat cushioning holds up. My last two chairs - one an Amazon Basics chair and the other from staples both became flat after just a few months. Neither were terrible, but definitely not made with durable cushioning. So far, after 2 months, the cushioning is still “OK”. It was only OK to begin with but it has remained unchanged until now - a good sign. I practice guitar and bass in the same chair in my home office, so the swivel arms are great, and feel solid when down. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the chair. I didn’t expect much from the adjustable lumbar feature, and I didn’t get much, so I’m not disappointed, but think they could have implemented this better

Very nice looking chair! The leather is soft and smooth and the contrasting thread color makes it less boring than being all black. Rolls smooth and quiet as well and height is easily adjusted. The adjustable lumbar support is a bit of a surprise. It definitely makes a big difference and covers a pretty big range from barely noticeable to significant support. Feels sturdy and the tilt can adjust from nearly-impossible-to-lean back to nearly-falling over to suit your needs. Good deal on a comfy chair. If I could have one thing different it'd be a little more length in the seat, but just fine as is in reality.

This chair is extremely misleading. You only discover the problems after it’s delivered, assembled, and too late to easily return. I’m 5'7" — not small — and this chair absolutely swallows me. It makes me feel comically undersized. The seat is very deep, forcing me to sit on the front edge if I want to type. As a result, the backrest is useless for working. There is no real back support unless you recline far back, which makes this completely unsuitable as a desk or typing chair. Even in the promotional video, the issue is obvious once you look closely. The person typing is leaning forward, not using the backrest at all. When the chair reclines, the user has their eyes closed, clearly demonstrating rest — not work. At no point does the video show someone sitting upright with back support while typing. I’m not sure who considers an “office chair” acceptable if it offers no back support during actual work. The back leans far too much and is not adjustable, despite appearances in the photos that suggest otherwise. The listing implies the chair “rocks” or reclines naturally — it does not. The tension lever makes virtually no difference whether set tight or loose. The lumbar pump was a key reason I bought this chair, but I can’t sit far enough back to use it and type at the same time. Same issue with the adjustable arms — raising them sounds great in theory, but you lose any ability to position yourself correctly. At that point, you’d be better off buying an armless chair. Height-wise, even on the lowest setting, the chair sits too tall. I have to raise it high enough to rest my toes on the roller bar just to feel stable — not ergonomic or comfortable. Bottom line: this is not a chair designed for people who actually work at a desk, and certainly not for most women unless you’re built more like a man. It might work as a casual conversation or lounging chair, but as a functional office chair, it’s a complete miss.

I just put the chair together, and it was very easy. The chair itself is very sturdy, and the seat cushion and backing are stiff/hard compared to other chairs I have tried, but still very comfortable. I don't know what the advantage of the push-up armrests is, but the feature works well. The one feature that I bought the chair for is the pump-up lumbar support. I have to say, with lower back issues alone, this chair is a great buy. The only issue I have is being a 6'1 guy, the back is a little too low, and it's very stiff to recline on easily. I have to scooch down a bit to take advantage of the headrest for that mid-day nap in my home office. All in all, very pleased with this purchase.

This is excellent chair. Foam supports 100kg person. Leather look is great and contrasting metal look supports look good too.. Bulb for adjusting arch support can be pushed slightly into crease and does not hang. Great product.

The most comfortable office chair I have had to date. Construction was a bit tricky, one awkward bolt turning a 15 minute job into more than an hour. This aside, Overall great quality, feels robust, and looks brilliant. Inflatable lumbar support is spot on.

The chair was easy to assemble. Anyone who is even a bit handy should be able to do it on their own. It looks nice. The seat and backrest are fairly firm, although that might change with use. The backrest is a bit more upright than other chairs I have sat in and is not adjustable relative to the seat cushion. I am 6'1" and 230 lbs and find it fairly comfortable. The inflatable lumbar support allows for some adjustment to suit the individual. Whether the bonded leather holds up decently or starts to flake off in a few months remains to be seen. For the price, I am very satisfied with the purchase. Update: I have been sitting on the chair for over two months on a daily basis and is it holding up well. One small thing: the fold up armrests are somewhat more outboard than on a typical chair, which means when you use both armrests your arms are a bit splayed out. This would also probably mean that for smaller users, the armrests are a bit far apart to comfortably use a keyboard with both arms on the armrests.
