First impression of this was not good. Package was completely wrapped in tape like it had been opened at some point. Then upon opening the package the chair itself just seems cheap and then there were no written instructions. Last it came missing the most important part that runs and powers all the lights and sound. At this point don’t have what I paid for.

"The disappointment I feel is immeasurable, and my day is ruined."The upper chair has two holes, one was missing a plastic cover that presses onto the front and back, shifting the material covering to the side and ruining any easy way to bolt the product together without causing damage to the material itself.The Bluetooth, Lumbar massage pillow, RGB system, and Chair massage system are all powered by usb power cords that dangle from the bottom of the chair itself. this would be only a minor inconvenience, but the cords are all only 4 feet (120 centimeters) each, making it impossible to move around and turn full circles without unplugging your appliances.The right speaker produced no sound at low volumes.The RGB system came with the wrong remote, and Bluetooth address was incorrectly named, making ti difficult to troubleshoot. As a result the RGB is only solid WHITE_ON.The footrest is suitable for someone of very small stature only, and is quite bendable and wobbly.This chair at best, is good for sitting. Amazon's solution is to replace it with another of the same exact type, which I'm uncomfortable with on principle. Hopefully it will work out, but my advice is-**try another chair, especially for the price.

I was looking for a new office chair with a massager to help relieve sciatic back pain while I work. This gaming chair was very reasonably priced and had everything I was looking for... and more. Once I had it assembled (which was very easy) and plugged in, I felt relief immediately! I love everything about the chair. The lights are fun and the bluetooth speakers allow me to listen to music while I work. The only issue I had was there were no instructions included for the wiring/cables or bluetooth connections. I figured it out, but instructions would be nice. With or without instructions, I would highly recommend this chair.

I had bought it and placed it into storage until my work room was built and by the time I opened it the return time was passed. The chair was lopsided cause the predrilled holes were crooked and for this price that shouldn't happen. Everything else worked on it but if not using the messages the balls can hurt in the sitting part of the chair as you can feel them easily had to put an extra cushion on it. Over all to many cords to run all the features instead of just one plug in cord. I wish I had built it as soon as I got it. I was low on funds but wanted a great chair as I work on the computer all day.
