Exceptional Seller
I initially gave a low rating because my first pair of laces broke after just two months of use, and I was disappointed in the durability of the leather. However, the seller reached out to me proactively after seeing my comment to address the issue. They went above and beyond to make things right and ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Their commitment to customer care and integrity is truly exceptional. I have placed a new order and am now happily using the replacement product. I highly recommend this seller based on their outstanding support and responsiveness.

Like These
Like these... But I use these for repairing baseball gloves! Work better, as these are thicker.

Perfect!
This leather lace kit is absolutely perfect. My dog ate the lace out of my Minnetonka moccasins, and I was able to replace it with this kit. The needle that comes with it screws onto the tip of the leather. You have to rotate it on there many times, but it does make a good strong connection. Very helpful for threading through the eyelets.

I found it easy to use & looks great!
I've read many reviews and some folks said they had issues threading the laces. I found the key is to make sure the end of the leather shoelace is very small so that when you screw it into the needle before threading, it stays screwed in. Check to make sure it is seated/screwed into the needle by tugging on it with some fore before you start the threading process- if it comes out, make it smaller, screw it in more. I've changed out 3 pairs of Sperry Topsider leather laces and never had a problem and never had to do any "modifications" to the procedures as I read in some reviews. You get more than enough to do 2 shoes (Sperry's)- just cut them to desired length once you've installed them. Not sure about durability as they haven't been in for long, so we'll see how that goes, but I'm not expecting any problems as the laces seem to be well made.
