Will this help walking 6 to 7 miles a day to prevent toes from scrunching up together causing pain?

This would largely depend on what type of shoes you would also be wearing them with. We recommend shoes with a wider toe box such as Vivobarefoot or Xero Shoes. Also, we generally don't recommend wearing the PrimalStep Toe Separators more than 10 minutes a day during normal daily activities in the beginning, and increasing usage incrementally as necessary.
