Persona 5 Royal: Standard Edition - PlayStation 5

Amazing game and came in good condition

Arrived in perfect condition. Entertainment is highly subjective, so I’ll keep this short. I loved the game itself. One of the best modern JRPGs. I was a huge JRPG fan 30 years ago, but gravitate more toward modern action RPGs now. This game was a nice way to revisit that nostalgic gameplay style, but still enjoy modern twists. The story and characters were decent, nothing groundbreaking. The music however… good heavens… all I can say is “Outstanding!” Very well done!

Fabulous game! I have about 125 hours into it now and am nearing the end. As in all games the music can get annoying being so repetitive and sometimes the gameplay is predictable but overall it is a fantastic game with a deep story. I highly recommend it for anyone especially those that like the JRPG genre.

One of my co-workers recommended this game and i can't thank him enough! I am so hooked on the story, character development and the various side quests and activities. I also enjoy the music (even though my sister said it's old school, but what does she know). SP items for special attacks are pretty scarce when you first start the game, but they become easier to find/create as you work your way through the story. The fight sequences became easier once my character leveled up to see enemy weaknesses and Mementos is a great place for leveling up, getting items and money. Highly recommend!!!

I've been playing video games for over 40 years. This game easily makes the top of my list of all time games. I played Persona 5 when it first came out since I had played and enjoyed all the persona games before it. I liked it so much I purchased the Royal version when it came out. Then I purchased it again when it was remade for the PS5. It's an old game now and people have been waiting for Persona 6 for a LONG time now. I think one of the problems it that Persona 5 was so good they are worried the next one won't be able to live up to the expectations. This is a turn based strategy game, with time and relationship management aspects. You have to balance persona improvement with increasing your relationships. This makes each choice of what you do carry a weight you feel and end up considering. The characters you bond with come to life and feel as real as people you might know. The roster of phantom thieves grows as the story progresses and you are given the freedom to adventure with those that you feel the strongest connection with. The artistic style has probably won numerous awards, if not it should have. I don't usually consider this aspect of games much, but then again I've never seen it done so well an integrated. It's like a great sound that just flows, the aesthetic just flows in a way that feels natural and stylish. Oh I forgot to mention the persona crafting, trying to make the invincible world destroying incarnation of your alternate self. I spend way to much time doing that on each persona game, and I love getting lost in the process. I bought this from Amazon because the price was the cheapest I could find anywhere and I've used Amazon forever. Knowing I can count on quick reliable delivery with easy returns on the exceptionally rare case there is an issue. If you are reading this review wondering if you should get this game and haven't played it, the answer is yes. Right now! They did so much right that you'd think it would be easy to name the things they did wrong. Even after playing this game through multiple times I can't find any ways I would improve it.

Received in pristine condition. Genuine PlayStation seal, no damage to the case and disc. Game runs perfectly I actually already finished and got a copy of P5 Royal on the switch but graphics are unfortunately outdated so I wanted to play on the PS5 (yes I know there's PC too but I prefer physicals on console) . I also got P3 Reload too. Awaiting the P4 remake

What a throw back

Chegou em ótimas condições e bem antes do previsto. A respeito do jogo: é muito imersivo e fácil o melhor persona competindo apenas com o persona 3 reload. A versão Royal trouxe novos personagens e mais horas de jogo, se tornando a versão definitiva pra quem quer aproveitar a obra. O único ponto negativo que eu poderia citar seria a falta de qualquer suporte ao português, nem mesmo legendas, precisando entender bem de inglês para jogar. Recomendo a todos que queiram testar o gênero JRpg e digo que é um ótimo jogo para conhecer a franquia persona.
