Not great quality on the buckles.
I was pretty disappointed with the buckles. The second I tried to open the spear tubes, the pull tab plastic snapped off. The velcro and the elastic looks great and seems to work, but they may have cheaper out on the buckles.

Works but meh
Elastic feels like it will wear out quickly. Velcro is decent. Mag pockets are not easy to use but also not large enough or strong enough for plates.
