Q: knowing how much they hold would be nice 2oz, 16 oz?

I believe they are either 10 or 12 oz (pretty sure 12 is correct). They are definitely larger than 8 but not 16. I will measure one this evening to confirm.

Q: Do these have an interior plastic coating?

I don't see or feel plastic. I did notice after I had lemon aid in the glass it left a haze behind. I am not sure why. Otherwise they seam like the ones my grandma had.
