I love these shelves! I bought two sets to go side by side, and they look great. They are fairly easy to put together and are sturdy. There are little pegs (I don't know what to call them) that go in the back and reinforce the back of the case. I haven't seen that design in other bookcases, but it really makes a difference.

Beautiful bookshelf. Instructions could be more clear and concise, as well as a shelf or 2 missing their Lettered label sticker. Still wasn't too hard to assemble. Seems sturdy enough to hold a good amount of books with a nice patterned cabinet underneath. All-in-all, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and you probably will be too

The only reason I gave this a 4 star review is because I was missing a few screws to complete this; I did send an email to the seller and due to my foot injury its too much to go to the hardware store to find screws that would match. I used a table to assemble the top and bottom pieces then placed both units on my bed to complete, then slid the unit off of my bed to avoid any further injuries to my back and foot. Otherwise it was very easy to put together! It looks great and takes up much less space than the other shelf I had in the room. I love the look! I just wish the company made a smaller unit with a hamper and shelves that I place next to it so they match. Love the quality!

Great bookshelf for the price. I love the color and the ease of instruction. There are some inserts you're supposed to stick into the back that I found to be slightly difficult to fit exactly in place compared to how the instructions ask, but other than that, no major issues. It's a little lighter than expected, not light enough that you could easily lift the finished unit yourself, but not heavy enough to avoid wobbling. I didn't want to mount it to my wall as I may want to relocate it later, so I'm hoping that I've filled it enough that it won't fall if an earthquake happened.

My old bookshelf broke and this was the first (online) one I bought that seems like it’ll last, it’s a little wiggly given I couldn’t bolt it into the wall, because there’s a window there (but I’m sure with that added step it’d be a lot more stable). Only realized once I added all my books how little room I had left (to my own surprise, buying this I was sure 60+ books were a little too much for an Amazon shelf). I’ll definitely be looking into getting a second one when my collection grows, it was very easy to put together, given my lack of patience when it comes to building furniture, it was an hour or so job for me. I will say it is a bit messy out of the box, styrofoam bits and pieces, a little dusty too, a wipe down and sweep fixed it up nicely, just for warning. For the price though, I’d say it’s worth investing, it’s a solid bookshelf if you’re handy with tools.*update*Yeah, bought a second one; the styrofoam is my only complaint (even though I’m very aware it’s to protect the pieces in transit, I’m just a styrofoam hater). The only issue I had with building the second one is with the door magnets, I do recommend a drill because by the time I got to that step I’d been awake for 20 hours and was too tired to keep toying with the little screwdriver they send you in the box; the doors still close with out it, just don’t securely latch (which I honestly think is just user error lol)I just suck at building things but with all the books they’re weighed down and very sturdy, so do recommend

Easy to assemble but then I found this product on another page at a lower price. The material is not sturdy but it looks nice.

It was rough to put the entire thing together with a Alan key and it’s smaller than I expected but still cute and seems sturdy.
