Great book but slow delivery
I bought this book as a vacation read and placed the order 1 month in advance...It took a month to get the book delivered to my door (which I didn't expect would be so loong) and luckily I got it a day before my departure for vacation. I'm happy my original plan wasn't ruined but it came close. I wish I was notified of the delivery time when I was placing the order. Otherwise the book is great and in excellent condition.

Beg, borrow or ....this book Aslong as you don't pay HK another vacant model jots
Use a library or read it in a book shop ( without buying it) beg, borrow or ..it Its a vacant book written by a vacant model, for vacant people and If you paid real cash then ... What does that make you'Another 'top model' aswell as actress, author, designer whatever... 'Writes' (with the help of writers) a book about fill in the blank______ modelling, life, cooking, being better, looking great, sexy, sex, lifestyle etc..... whatever and gets to fill the pages with pictures of themselves in NY, LA, London, beaches or in there amazing kitchen cottage in LA/Miami/Ranch/private island with there genetically engineered amazing children andso on and on .. As stated already an amazing ego rub for the 'celeb' and enables them too call themselves an author/life guru/goddess/writer etc...The best part was the Revelation that women like diamonds, aka women like Heidi 'the poor German milk maid' who went from her 'tiny' cow village to NY with nothing but, clogs, braided blonde hair a milking stool HK conquered the world with true blonde Germanic zeal (or seal). But of course you can't buy girls like our Heidi straight away (she has high morals)so her advice is not give diamonds to your beloved one on the 1st date, like happened to our sweet innocent milk maid (diamonds were sent back?)Being a modern milker HK also wants a MAN to protect her, even if those weird, smelly feminists say they don't ! really they do! Just like the farmers back in the O'l country. Wow! not only is HK well stacked, she is a psychologist too. So follow her 5 point plan and u too can be a millionairess , have books, be in films, go to the right places meet the right people and marry a rock star. Just make sure you look like a Norse god.

WOW!!
For anyone who rates this book low because the book in your opinion focuses on superficiality and lack of substance... in a way you're right. But what exactly were you expecting from a book written by a supermodel? Modeling is a field based on physical attractiveness, presence, performance, and personality in front of a camera and only a few do it very well. But, it is not brain surgery nor is it biochemical engineering. Of course the book is going to have pictures of Heidi and friends scantily clad posing in impossible positions in heavenly environments. That's what models do. It's their job to look incredibly sexy wearing little or no clothing on a perfect beach that only a few ever visit.Could Heidi have written more about how she became a model, her struggles, her sacrifices? Sure, but quite frankly that's boring. Go to modeling school if you want that info. The whole idea of the book is to share with the reader how to be successful and happy in all areas of life. Happiness to Heidi is a choice that we can all make. Her theme seems to be to keep it simple and to enjoy the little things. Good. In my opinion, this book deserves four-and-a-half stars. The language flows in a simple, easy-to-read pattern and it clearly states her eight rules. Oh, and by the way, the pictures are flat out fantastic! She jumps off the page at you, inviting you into her world. She has a body that maybe 0.05% of the population has, so why not show it off? Michaelangelo could hardly have sculpted a more gorgeous body. If I had to look at her every day, I would succeed in life too. Check out this book!
