I am balding with my hair cut very short. Thus, my head gets cold even in the house (we let it get to the mid 60s). I can wear this comfortably and it's just enough to keep my head warm, without being as big and clunky, over warm or uncomfortable like a wool cap or ball cap. I typically wear this for a couple of hours in the morning until the house warms up a bit. I also use it for exercise too, but mostly just for the little bit of comfortable warmth.
