Living Comfort Eagle
Okay, so the kiddo played one of these in band, and I'm a huge Cake fan. Seeing and hearing him perform with it, i knew we needed one. The price made it a super simple choice, and the quality is sound. This makes a better rimshot to cheesy jokes than a snare and cymbal... And it's infinitely more portable. Best hyper-random purchase I'd made in a while!

the real thing
don't cheap out on a vibra-slap, get the real thing because the el cheapo ones are not loud enough and don't sound that great

Great sound and quality
This vibra slap sounds good and is well constructed. I bought this as a gift for my son and he thinks it is great. I will often hear the twang of the slap from his room upstairs to punctuate a joke or accent his brothers tantrums

Happy Slappy!
No surprises. Having never slapped a Vibra-Slap in my life, I suppose it is good :-). I note there are some higher-priced options for professional percussionists I suppose, but this one does the trick for the price. Especially given that it will be struck exactly 5 times in a set: Once for "Crazy Train" and four times (I think) for "Sweet Emotion"! :-)
