Not been using this vitamin very long however I can definitely see a difference in nail growth but can't say seen a difference in my hair yet but to soon to know if makes a difference. But definitely has with my nails. Great value, easy to swallow , and a good quantity in the pack, plus no bad taste. I have tried others with no effect so I would say the vitamin content is effective because of the change in my nails, and they come in a flat pack type so can post through a letter box and very easy to get into.

I purchased these a year or so ago and have been pleased with my hair, nails and skin. So much so that I have ordered again. They are easy to swallow and I can take one every night with other medication.

Definitely noticed a difference in my nails since taking this supplement, they grow so much quicker and have become much stronger. Not as much improvement in skin, but still some change for the better! Great that you get so many doses in one pack.
