Updated:The seller contacted me right away after my review and customized me a whole new backpack for my inogen g3 to fit properly. I’ve been using it alot for travel and it’s been holding up extremely well. I’m glad the canula doesn’t fold like it used to and it fits perfectly! Thank you so much for caring for your customers and the quality of your productOld:Too snug for the inogen g3 with double battery. It squeezes the Canula hole making it hard for the oxygen to flow when using it. It’s comfortable on the shoulders but I wish it fit and the holes were in the correct spot. Have to unzip it to charge my poc. Overall I travel often so I guess I have to work with its flaws

Inogen one G5 Backpack
The Inogen one G5 machine fits very well in this backpack. There is room below in a separate zipper space to store an additional larger size battery. Also there are a couple small pocket/slots for credit cards or room keycards. The backpack is easily adjustable to accommodate different size individuals.

Easy to put on
After 4 days with just the crossbody/shoulder carrier, I ordered the backpack. It was easy to wear/put on, less cumbersome.The only problem was the base/bottom. It was not solid enough to stand upright. Too bad the whole extra bottom could not be removed.Otherwise, it will be excellent for traveling.

Top bag strap poorly secured and seller never responded.
Used the bag twice for travel and the strap for the top handle (very rarely used) started to tear from seam. Tried to contact the buyer about the issue over two months ago and still haven’t gotten a response from them. Very bad customer service!

Too Big for the Inogen One G5 Model
The Ad says this is compatible with the G3 and G5, but in reality it's too big for the G5 which I came to find out is smaller than the G3 model. My G5 kinda flops around inside the backpack, and the Charging Port doesn't line up with the opening so I had to shift the G5 around inside until I spot the Charging Port through the opening. After a few times of struggling with this I ended up just removing the G5 to charge it as that was faster than trying to line it up in the backpack. The pictures on the ad are misleading because it looks like the Concentrator is a nice tight fit in the backpack, but all the pictures show the larger G3 model. I did not know until I got this backpack that the G5 is about 20% smaller than the G3.They should not include the G5 in the description for this backpack as it's sized for the larger G3. They do make a few backpacks that say are a Specific Fit for the G5 so I ordered one of those and am returning this G3/G5 model. I hope the new G5 Specific version is a tight fit on my G5.

Don’t recommend for Inogen One G3
My Inogen one G3 .. backpack is very disappointing. Nasal hose on side as well as the charging holes don’t line up at all. Hard to get on and iff let alone try to change the settings awhile it on! It was a gift from Xmas and I just tried using it today . I don’t recount all!

Both hands are now free.
Concentrater fit perfectCanula holed lined up well. Nice that strap has a Velcro latch to keep hose in place. Charging port was perfectly aligned for battery charging. The storage pouch on bottom does not zip off as I was led to believe. However it can be accessed without disturbing the concentrator which is a plus. Overall very satisfied.
