Q: How do i get the polygel to stick to nail and dualform without popping? Ive tried 4 times and they wont lay flat and polygel extremely sticky.

More slip solution for the sticky part and when you mean they are popping off. Do you mean like the next day or just while your doing them in general. If the next day your not putting the base coat on. If while doing it's hard for me as well I put my finger on it a just cure for 5 seconds and then do the bottom part

Q: How do you remove the nails?

You will have to go to a salon and get it filled off. Acetone will not remove it. This stuff is horrible absolutely horrible.
