We leave snacks out for our delivery people and got these plastic boxes to put the snacks in, protected from the elements, dust, etc. Works perfectly. The handles are easy to open and keep the lid on. It's not waterproof secure, but keeps items dry and dust free. Like them. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Just got these today and filled them. I wanted them to house 2 different projects and therefore to each hold a book (typical hardcover or 8.5x 11 journal, respectively, plus at least another smaller journal, +/- index cards, & pens in a flexible zippered pouch: a total of at least 5 items per box of considerable weight. Everything I wanted in each box fit, as I expected/hoped from the listed internal dimensions. The clips work well and stay closed even as I turned the box nearly upside down without holding the lid. They're now each pretty heavy, and seem to support the weight well. I tried to upload photos, but it's not working. I wanted 3, but given the price point, stopped at 2 for now. They seem to be a little over-priced, but given the quality are worth more than they might seem from the listing's photos. I don't know the true durability yet, but they seem like they'll last. Very happy with this purchase.

Does exactly what it was designed to do and more. Used one box to store note pads, pens, scissors and other office supplies. Used the other box to store my snack foods and candies so I don't have to make a trip to the kitchen pantry. Happy with the purchase !
