It does not come with a dust extractor guard. The dewalt guard has to be removed for installation also. Still a great adaption.

Is there a wood blade / can it be used for plywood sheets? TIA

It looks like this is not the Dewalt tool for plywood. They have some very well reviewed circular saws which are suitable for wood.

Does it work fine with an 18v battery or just 20v ones?

18 v is fine for this cut off saw, brilliant bit of kit, I also bought the Bosch multi blade for this. Works a dream
