Genesis! These grab bars are so helpful. They make bringing up bags of groceries to my residence so much easier. There are 15 steps from the garage to the first level. Also great when I bring up gallons of water.

I live in a city and often find myself carrying several grocery bags home on foot. I was tired of the plastic bag handles digging into and squishing my fingers together, so I went online to hunt for a device that would alleviate the discomfort. These have done the trick! I compared with several others before purchasing and selected these based on their pros:1. Short Design - I am 5'4" and needed a set that wouldn't make my bags hang so low that they hit the ground. This was2. Comfort Grip - they have a nice, high quality foam surrounding the carrying side of the handle. Additionally, the metal underneath the foam is not too narrow - helps it not dig in.3. Durability - while I wouldn't try to go climbing with these, they're plenty strong to carry several heavy grocery bags. Showing no signs of buckling.4. PriceI have found them very useful and they serve exactly the intended purpose. They also came in nice packaging with a small cloth (I'm not sure what that's for, it's like a cloth for cleaning the surface of a cell phone). A couple of cons that I'm happy to accept:1. Because the bar on the bottom is metal, the plastic bag handles occasionally can slide around. I find that by placing bags intentionally -- e.g., balancing the weight on the front and the back -- I can avoid this sliding.2. The metal piece that opens and closes has been a little prone to being stuck ajar on one of the carrying handles. Not a big deal, takes a little wiggling and it goes back into place.

What you see is what you get. Operates exactly as intended and exactly the way you think it should. Your only real problem now is (heaviness and) you'll want to clip your egg and bread bags on here too, but you don't want to get your delicates smashed.

My husband and I live in a second floor apartment with no elevator, so we try not to have to make 20 trips for groceries. With these, we usually don't have to come down a second time unless we did a big restock. They hold the bags well and you don't have to worry about the hook coming undone. The foam grip makes it a lot more comfortable to use, but as it is on metal they can possibly slide, so make sure you have a good and level grip before making that trip up stairs.

I couldn't be more delighted with this product. A simple solution for a annoying problem!

I went for years juggling grocery bags, ending up with stripped arms and wrists from the heaviness. These things have been heaven! They help keep the groceries from falling out of the bag, and they keep my trips from the car to a minimum.

I bought these to clip onto my stroller when I’m out shopping. They’re so handy. I keep one on the stroller and one on the diaper bag now and I don’t have to make as many trips up and down the stairs. Well worth the price.
