Ich verwende das Öl als Gesichtspflege und als Kopfhaut pflege. Gemischt mit träger Ölen reichen von dem Vitamin E Öl ein paar Tropfen, man kommt mit den 100ml also sehr lange aus. Sehr empfehlenswert
