The best food coloring I have found to be used with melted white chocolate. Does not cause my chocolate to seize up after melting and mixes well without affecting the taste of my desserts!This green is perfect and is easily darkened by adding droplets to any mixture while the large bottle of this coloring definitely was a major value for the money spent.

Excellent for buttercream and royal icing. A little will go a long way and makes it last. You can add to gradually build colors and make them darker. No weird taste.

Used far less product than when using colored paste.

I bought 2 of these bottles for St. Paddy’s Day. I had to make 800 pancakes for kids school lunches. Turns out I only used 1/2 of the first bottle! I now have green food coloring for the next few years! The pancakes turned out great and all 400 kids who ate them loved how green they were!

It's ok

Very little color needed to obtain a beautiful deep green color for Spritz cookies. Color did not effect the flavor of the cookie or the dough constancy for the cookie press.

This is the good stuff, true green color a little goes a long way
