I have purple hair and I have been avoiding the pool because the chlorine can ruin my expensive dye job and make the colors fade faster. However, I live in a very hot sunny state and I really didn't want to miss out on using the pool at my apartment. So I bought this swim cap in hopes that it would keep my hair dry and protected from the chlorine while swimming. It's a bit tricky to get on if you're not used to using swim caps, but it's not too hard. I have a somewhat small head but it still fit quite snug (the way a swim cap should fit). I was able to dunk my head under water and my hair remained dry. I would definately recommend this swim cap for anyone who might have need of one, especially if you have hair dyed a "fashion" color (like Purple).

This is not an adult size cap. It is small, it doesn’t pull on fully. It ripped on the first use trying to pull it down. The lighter colored cap is the one I bought laying on top of a proper adult sized cap. This is great for maybe 8-10 year old kids but not adults.

Water still came under the cap, maybe I have an odd shaped head. How do you compare different head sizes?

Too thin! Made with latex, so it sticks together. Which makes it difficult to peel apart. Looks great if and when you get it on your head! Needs a little patience. Mine tore while attempting to separate the latex. Good luck.

Great swim cap for the price. It’s a little tight, but I’m sure that it willloosen up overtime.

I bought this cap for a return visit to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. During my first visit to this amazing place I wore no swim cap, and the experience was glorious except for what the silica-filled water did to my thin, fine hair. Despite immediate thorough shampooing and conditioning after swimming in the lagoon, my hair felt horribly like cornstalks! After three more such treatments there was little improvement until a couple of months later when my hairdresser did many expensive conditioning treatments, and finally my hair returned to normal. As a result, I was hoping for a swim cap that would REALLY KEEP THE WATER OUT, and this one absolutely did! Thank you for such an excellent product! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this swim cap to anyone who truly needs to keep the water out of their hair!!

This is s perfect swim cap for my 12 year old son. Why stores do not sell these year round is beyond me. My son swims for his school so he needed one. I purchased the same cap, in white, at Dick's Sporting Goods. He lost it in a week. I needed to resort to Amazon because so one is my area sells swim caps in the Northeast in winter? Regardless, I like that I was able to choose the color, and I ordered two in case he loses one again. The price I paid on Amazon is comparable to Dick's ( at the time of this review) so it was a win-win to order from Amazon. Bonus being able to pick his school color. Latex caps are best for swimmers. Satisfied with my purchase.

Swim caps have come a long way since I was at school! Got this for my daughter. It arrived in good condition and with full instructions. Couldn't believe it was shipped from the USA though, hadn't realised this when I ordered it. Soft, comfortable and easy to get on.
