Good for the money, remote is flimsy
It’s easy and straight forward to install. Lights do what they’re supposed to. It’s too bad the cigarette plug is big and sticks out but that seems to be the norm for all these lights. The remote is not very responsive. I’ve already heard it crack as push the buttons which sometimes don’t respond. Once the remote breaks the lights will be useless.

Works OK, but not bright at all
I bought these LEDs to give some floor lighting in my vehicle, which has no footwell lights. I'm not sure whey newer vehicles are coming without floor lights, but oh well. For installation, you can use the included backing to mount these, but be warned that the adhesive is not very strong. It was able to stick to the plastic under my driver's side dash, but the passenger side LEDs fell off within 30 seconds. I ended having to use zip ties to keep them on. You can also buy 3M attachment tape if you want something with a little more adhesion. For the most part, the lights work as directed. I tried all the colors, brightness levels and effects. The remote works, but it must be in direct line of sight with the unit to work, which is very inconvenient. I was hoping to keep the power supply/remote sensor out of sight for a cleaner install, but this is simply not possible if you want the remote to work. The major complaint I have with these lights is the brightness. These lights are very dim, especially certain colors like yellow and red. With the brightness turned all the way up in the middle of the night, they are barely visible. The flashlight on my phone puts these to shame. The white and blue lights are probably the brightest, which is OK for me since I'm using these just to give a little illumination, not have a rave in my SUV. The music sensor seems to work, but is pretty sensitive.Overall, though, I'd still recommend these, especially for the price.Just be prepared to find an alternate way to mount these, other than the included backing, and don't expect them to be very bright. And, if you insist on using the included backing, get some alcohol prep pads and thoroughly clean the area before trying to install them. Just make sure to allow at least 30 seconds for the alcohol to dry completely.

Makes night driving a pleasure I look forward to
Four LED strips included with generous cord length. I drive Xterra and do not need light in driver footwell so that was devoted to lighting the far-rear of cabin. Adhesive failed for that strip so I used a staple gun on it. I did not use the adhesive on any of the other strips, as i prefer them to be moveable inserted into bottles. Also, my rear seat DC outlet is always on so I don't need a key to search the wells with lighting, and the plug has a button. Some of the colors emit a high-frequency whine that you may not notice until you use the fade function, which I do. This is typical of cheap electronics. Fork out the money for the presumably silent million-color lightset or shut up. I bought this with the dome lights from the same company, and they use the same remote so now I have one remote for the whole car lighting and a backup when one slips between the seats.

99 these are some pretty decent RGB strips
For $18.99 these are some pretty decent RGB strips. Many options in terms of color choice and strobe patterns. Although be advised, the option for the LEDs to strobe in sync with music does work, it is not in sync with the beat of the song, just sounds from it. Which you have to expect with the music not going directly to the device (it just has a box that has a "mic" that will pick up sound). Another thing to keep in mind, the same box mentioned above with all the cords coming out of it, needs to be visible/have a straight shot to it or else the remote won't be able to control it. Last but not least, if you live in a cold area (like myself in Michigan, 10°F) either keep the item warm until you have an exact plan of where and how you're going to attach the lights, or, bring out a hair dryer (or something like it) so that when you're ready to stick them in place, you can heat up the sticky pad or else they won't stick to the car.P.S. before you freak out that your controller doesn't work, be sure to pull out the plastic piece covering the battery (they do this so that the remote doesn't get turned on during shipping)

Work amazingly
I just got it last week and it is simply amazing. My car only has three “car outlets” aka cigarette lighters (one in by the trunk, one in the middle console and one right under the center console). Me, being a volunteer firefighter/first responder means i need to power all sorts of lights and equipment like radios and such. The one in the middle console powers the radio and system controller, the one in the back powers the back emergency lights and until now the one under the center console has powered the front emergency lights. This product is great. I bought two, one for the front and one for the back. Recently i was gifted a set of side lights (they go in the back windows facing out on the sides). I now use this product to power both the back windscreen lights and the side lights, and with the usb function i can run a usb powered dashcam facing backwards! The cigarette lighter in the front usually only powered the front facing emergency lights, although now it powers those lights, a bluetooth receiver for my cars music, and i can charger my phone with it too. These have made life so much easier. Easily a 5/5 for me. I did notice the bending joint doesn’t really hold very well but with a little engineering i made it more steady, although the steadiness was not something i needed, so if it’s something you’re looking for, you may need to get creative with this product.
