DISLIKE: I am only 150lbs , at 5'3" ( Bought size L which is US size M, size 8 ) and they won't come up high enough over my rather flat back side. I first bought 4xl accidentally, thought I had selected 2xl, and it was huge. Based on how big it was I decided to just go with the Large, which is my normal size, and as you can see, it fit very well. Not overtightened but not lose either. I weighed 177lbs when I first got it. It's been about 1 week, and have not wore it religiously, but when I do I am at the gym. So far lost 4 lbs. Slowly but surely.Although it says it absorbs the sweat, it did leak as you can see at the knee area where the Capri ends, and after day 2 if I have it on more than one hour, it also starts coming out around the seems, on the legs. However it's not that bad. So I don't know about wearing all day to like work. You will sweat to the point that your underwear will be soaked, not dripping sweat, but you'll definitely have to shower/change before proceeding with your day.

I loved 🥰 t and my husband had bought it for me two years ago but it needed another one because it need to be washed more often since I sweat a lot with it. My size is small but the ones I bought now is s bit fitting me

They actually do work really well, I've had them for about a month and they've worked to help slim the thigh area down a fair bit. My only issue is, no matter how many times I wash them, they smell like rubber. They also make the most hilarious noise when you walk, which doesn't bother me all that much since I wear headphones when I work out but the looks I get while out for a walk from others are very amusing.I also would not recommend wearing these on a particularly hot day, heat stroke is very easy to end up with when you're wearing these sorts of things.

I wear size 14 for the bottoms and I ordered L. They fit perfectly. It DOES make you sweat a lot! After 30 min walking, I've been sweating like I've been walking for hours! The only thing I wasn't ok with was the smell of it. It has this pretty strong rubbery smell. However, after using it for a week the smell was fading away and now, it smells like nothing. I do hang it in the bathroom while taking a shower. Happy with my purchase. I'll be ordering the tank top for a complete work out outfit.
