People often ask me why we pay so much for a bottle of balsamic vinegar when it's only about $5 in the supermarket. One taste gives you the answer! It's nothing like that stuff. A good comparison is using "real" wine (drinkable) over cooking wine (yuck). Also, this will last us many months in salad dressings, vegetable flavoring and even on vanilla ice cream--delicious! Go ahead--try it.
