Well, I was tired of using my shower without any effect. A lot of pressure but the small shower is the one that comes from the factory... then I saw this jewel for my bathroom on Amazon Day in July and I thought, why not give it a try. I was encouraged and bought it ... and when it arrived ... the installation was very easy I followed your instructions and when I opened that bathroom faucet for the first time ... abracadabra I saw the light of the water with pressure ... and I did not hesitate between and I took a bath at once, I am honest, I was there for 40 minutes. And it was divine ... I tried the 5 positions and the one I liked the most was the one for rain and massage and the other one called mist. It is a divine sensation, it is a success, it gives you another perspective of showering, I definitely give it 300% recommended... you can buy it with confidence, you will not regret it.

Very straightforward to fit. Removing the existing shower head was actually more work, though not difficult. A small wire brush was handy for cleaning off the residue of the original Teflon tape from the shower tubing threads. Nicely packaged with: a roll of Teflon tape, a spare o-ring washer, a wrench for tightening, and a bonus gift of 2 disposable shower caps. Will buy a second one to match in another shower stall. Be aware that while the unit's threaded fitting is metal, the shower head itself is coated plastic. Looks just fine, but it's not metal as the product image might suggest (the product description does say "Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene").

Our upstair shower is about 35 psi, and I could never get spray heads that worked well. We have a hand shower that is just barely adequate, but these finally deliver High Flow as promised. They instruct that if you have low pressure, pop the restrictor out, and install the provided thicker filter washer! Itr converts to full flow! The big (4"?) shower head has two rows with like a hundred nozzles, and we get a big full shower, with a suprrising 6' arc. Perfect. Great for hair rinses ! It also has a narrow hard spray, but I don't much use those, and an interesting, flower-shaped spray of stinging droplets and cold mist. Very interesting.

This shower head is amazing. The best compliment I can give is my old shower head was like a drip pressure and this has the power of a fire hose. My wife has very long hair and she loves how fast she is able to rinse shampoo. I will be ordering 2 more to replace the other showers in my home.
