Small.
They fit, but are a bit smaller than I was expecting them to be. It looks okay in my septum, but could be a bit of a bigger hoop. My only other issue is, 4/6 of them I can't get open. The rainbow and black one are the only ones that open and close with ease. The other 4, are stuck. The quality of the jewel is nice, and they aren't irritating my skin either. (I'm very sensitive to jewelry) If it wasn't them being so tiny, and me not being able to get 4 opened I'd give it a 5 star rating. They look much better in either a smaller nose (not that my nose is by any means huge at all, but it's not super tiny either), or your ears instead.
