what kind of gas tank is used for the stove? Does it work with any brand?

I used the GCS gas from Academy , but it can be used with any brand jet fuel canister I think

Can I use a dishwasher?

Sure. The sponge given by the seller can also easily clean the pot.

Can you use propane for the stove, or is it inly for butane?

If you get the adapter to connect it to the propane bottle , I believe you can.
