Removed a 10-year-old stain
For some strange reason dogs who visit my house pee and/or poop here. It's totally bizarre. My dogs don't ever go potty in the house - but every visiting dog does. And so I have tried nearly every urine and feces stain/smell remover on the market in addition to every home made concoction on the internet. None of them worked. Until now.Woolite INSTAclean Permanent Pet Stain Remover is the answer to a prayer. It has removed every stain from my carpet including one that was deposited (runny poopy) from 10 years ago. And this stuff works with next to no effort. No scrubbing required. Just spray and wait. If the stain does not disappear you spray again and wait.It took three spray times to get rid of the 10 year old stain - but it did the trick. So amazing. I was just about ready to rip up the carpeting and get new. Another good thing is that the scent is tolerable for me. I have asthma and strange smells bother me. This spray is not offensive - but does have an odor. All I do is open a window or move the air purifier into the room. This stuff works miracles.

It works. Game changer for this mom!
This is a game changer! I’m literally running around my apartment purposely trying to find stains. Haha! The first picture with the black spots is from hookah coals, like charcoal, but what people use to smoke. That stain was about a month old, and was pretty much ground into the carpet from vacuuming. I would say that after I sprayed this, I already expected I would have to blot the stain (which I did) and I think it took me around 5 minutes or less to get the stain out without scrubbing or putting in much effort… The second picture, that is some kind of food or dead bug stain or whatever miscellaneous, odd, yuck, thing it can be. Maybe a year old? That one was slightly more effort, but still out in less then 5 minutes, and I did have to blot it too since it was old. The pictures show it still slightly damp though. My carpet is normal apartment, cheap, carpet. Not fluffy or anything. It doesn’t stink unless you smell it directly from the bottle like I did. Hahah! No residue, still feels like carpet and after it dries it looks perfectly normal again. I will try to use it on my car floor and update my review if I remember. Also, I don’t really have allergies unless it is seasonal. I’m not going to lie, when it was still wet, I did put my hand flat and moved quickly over the stain, pressing down, like if you pet a dog really fast, because I wasn’t unsure if it was still wet. But it was. And after 10 minutes, I still didn’t wash my hands yet. I would say it’s not really any different than getting other cleaners on your hands. Wash it off, duh. Don’t let it sit there, everyone’s skin is different and reacts differently. Im sure if you wash your hands after cleaning, you will be just fine. Or wear gloves. This spray is awesome. Oh, and for the coal stain ground into the carpet I sprayed (not using stream) super close to it (like nozzle almost on it) and sprayed a few times, let it sit 30 seconds to a minute, then blotted, the sprayed again, then blotted and it came right out. Hope this helps!

Works great, even on old stains. You only get ONE spray attachment tho.
Since we moved to a small apartment with very loud and clomping neighbors upstairs, our cats have thrown up more here than their previous combined entire life. The loud noises startle them, and sometimes, we have scarf-n-barf issues (we feed them in the tiled bathroom, and the people upstairs echo loudly in there as well. None of us can escape them!).We had used other cleaners with success, but I tried this because the store was out of our regular spray.Well, I was very impressed by this stuff. Spritz, a quick scrub with a brush from the dollar store and the stain is gone. We lay a washcloth over where we spray until it dries completely to make sure nothing gets on kitty paws. There was a stain on the carpet from a previous tenant who had a dog. This took that stain out as well. (It randomly reappears, but I think that's because the pad is old and stained too, and it leeches back up into the carpet as we walk on it.)My ONLY beef with this order is that you don't get what is pictured. It shows two sprayer bottles, complete with the sturdy green sprayer. What we received today was two closed bottles and ONE cheap white sprayer in the box. So, you can't even keep the two bottles in two separate rooms, UNLESS you have saved the sprayer from a previous bottle or somehow have extra that fit this bottle. Pretty cheap of them to only give one sprayer, esp since that is not what is shown in the photo.Great product, just didn't appreciate only one sprayer.

Sort of Works, but Mostly Doesn't
Used it on a mattress that has been the victim of child potty training. At first, it appeared to work--the stains became lighter and some seemed to disappear. In some spots, it took multiple applications with plenty of blotting. Ultimately, it took about 3/4 of the bottle for a queen-sized mattress. I dried the mattress with the help of a fan to speed the process. But as the mattress dried, the stains seemed to reappear, though significantly lighter. The scent of urine was still there after the product's scent dissipated, if you smelled the spot that was treated.I used gloves to apply it, based on another review. It appears to be safe if used as directed (i.e., don't let kids/pets touch it until it has dried or at least been in place for an hour or so).

Wear gloves, spray-rub-stain is gone
I used this to remove stains from clothes before the wash. It worked great. A little spray and a light rub and the stain was gone. It doesn't have an unpleasant smell but it does linger long after spraying the article. I've tried other products that don't work as good as this one. I know it says for pet stains but it works great on any stain so why not? right. A little advice would be to wear gloves. I was a little scared since another reviewer posted about chemical burns. This product also leaked on my hands and left a similar visionary affect. The difference is that it just washed off with some soap and water. It wasn't a chemical burn. I thought it was just the dry product on my hands. Some people are more sensitive than others so wear gloves to be on the safe side. Great product otherwise. Oh. One more thing. It does arrive as two bottle cap sealed bottles with one spray attachment.
