Super simple to set up. Very easy to use.

Very loud and responsive device

Bit pricey, but perfect for when I came out of hospital feeling dog ruff! The house has thick walls and poor WiFi/mobile reception so using mobile from upstairs to downstairs rarely an option. But these seem to work fine. We have a code here, 1 press for room service🤭 and 2 presses for panic. So no one breaks a leg dashing up to only find I want another biscuit with my tea!! I have one by the bed and one in the shower. Good sound volume. I’ve not bothered to try all the rings out. All in all, I found that, having had a few nasty dizzy moments of panic, these little devices offered me a sense of security and reassurance, that if I feel bad, I could alert someone downstairs. Where calling or mobile were simply not an option. I would recommend this product and have done to a friend for their partner who is restricted to upstairs and relies on bashing the floor with walking stick to try to get attention & then often not heard. This device, depending on where you place it, is load enough to be heard outside for a distance too.

Ready to go straight from the box. Can be stuck to the wall and remains totally unobtrusive. (It does have a wide selection of tunes you could play, if you really wanted to, but realistically the bell is the one for the job)

Really good 👍 My father in law never took his off after his fall Gave him piece of mind, and us. Plenty of tunes to choose from. He was a little naughty and pressed it a few times when he wanted Mum to make him a cup of tea, bless him. Would recommend

I hate to give it a 4 star instead of a 5 star but the alerter tunes are so damn aweful it really does make me wonder what they were thinking. At one point, it remided me of an episode of Only Fools & Horses when Del Boy was punting a load of dodgy door bells and the tunes were various National Anthems. I mean, there is simple bing bong sound which is suitable but I can't imagine using any of the other sounds, but to be fair, it does what it says it does, it's just the sounds let it down tbh. Take care when first plugging it in, it's on the loudest setting and horrific. If you're deaf, bonus, if you have neighbours, expect them to move. Putting it on the lowest volume is loud enough for most humans.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Convenient to use. Pairing was super easy and thankfully we haven't had the opportunity to use it till now.

My husband used this the first night he had it. I like the many choices of sounds— I chose the siren because I thought a lot of them sounded like phone alarms or ringing. It definitely wakes me up. He’s used it about twice a week since then. I can’t give the last star because the volume doesn’t go high enough. If I’m in another room watching tv it is barely noticeable.
