Q: Did a charger come with this?

Hi friend, no charger. But it comes with USB-C charging cable and AUX in cable. You can use a 5V-2A charger to charge it if you have.

Q: What size speakers and how many?

There are 2, 4" or 5" (can't remember) full-range speakers in the front. There are also 2, passive radiators on either side for great bass. Passive radiators are speakers that are not electrically connected to the amp. The cones are moved by the pressure created inside the enclosure by the driven speakers. The 60 Watt amp is very loud and does not distort, even at full volume. It is waterproof and you can sync multiple units to a single source, like your phone. I could go on and on about all the features. Suffice it to say, buying this speaker is a no-brainer. Sounds better than speakers costing 3 times as much. Could not recommend it higher.
