I've tried other bluetooth headsets that cost considerably more, but this little unit actually performs just as good, if not better. As someone who works in a welding shop, I wanted to be able to listen to my music comfortably and without having to connect to a charger 2 or 3x a day. This unit fits very comfortably in my ear and is more secure than I'd have guessed. So far I've had zero issues. Music is clear and loud (not blaring loud, but still well within satisfactory range) and the battery life is GREAT. I've made a few calls and everyone says I'm just as clear with it as I am when using just my phone. The instructions were basically nonexistent, but what is there to say - turn it on, pair it to your phone, stick it in your ear, use the volume + or - as needed. Unless you've never used a bluetooth devise before, you shouldn't need directions. Pairing to my phone was QUICK and EASY. The unit seems to be built well, and despite the low price, it doesn't seem "cheap" or "chintzy". I've only been using it for a couple of days so far, but I'm very happy with this unit. I was a bit nervous at first, being it was a brand I'd never heard of before, but for the price, I decided to take a risk since it was cheap. In the end, I'm glad I did. WELL worth the price, actually out shining units that have cost me 3x more than this one!! Would definitely buy again or recommend to a friend. No real bells & whistles, but good quality workhorse bluetooth headsets at a great price!

I first bought the black earpiece in 2019. I just got the white today (May 2022) because the battery died and never recharged one day. Pretty good $20 purchase to last 3 years!It is worth it to get this bluetooth earpiece.Sound: The sound is very clear and crisp. Also when turned to high volume it's loud to the listener not to surrounding people so i can blast music and tv shows without disturbing anyone.Noise cancelling: The noise cancellation is true also. My husband and I used it while he was on the job and I couldn't hear anything except him. He was working around dogs and even when working around walkie talkies the only time i heard them was when he was sitting right next to them.Battery: It doesn't take long to charge, a little over an hour, but it lasted me 2 days on a single charge. It turns red while charging, blue when complete.Waterproof: It is waterproof, proven by use in the shower, turned up music using side buttons with wet hands and got water on it a few other times and didn't affect it one bit.Overall I'm not a usual reviewer for any company but this company blew my mind. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. When my last one died out on me, i automatically knew to replace it with the same company! Just got a different color for style!

I'm a long time Plantronics buyer and my last earpiece, the Voyager Legend, did pretty well, My only complaint on that was its battery life. Sadly my Legend met the bottom of my boot during a situation at work and I had to replace it. I bought this Hifeer while contemplating getting another Legend because it said it was water-resistant and it flat out-performed the Legend in virtually every way.It feels overall like the M25/M90 series and sits very light on the ear (the molded inner ear funnel took a short time to get used to) and its battery life outperforms both. I'm easily on the earpiece for 10-12 hours a day and the Legend required an hour to get a decent charge. Not so the Hifeer. I throw it on the charger at night and it lasts me all day. It also doesn't require a proprietary dongle to charge (it's a USB micro) which is incredibly handy.Sound quality is frankly incredible for an earpiece without a boom. My wife thought I was still talking on the Legend when I first got it. It also does pretty well with the car window open, something the M90 couldn't deal with.So why four stars? I ran into two problems with this earpiece. The first is a power draw issue: it doesn't seem to draw enough voltage on its own to properly charge off my portable battery (if I plug my phone in it charges fine). If you plug your earpiece into the wall you'll never notice this problem. The second issue is an odd connection problem I have (a sporadic disconnect) which is easily fixed by re-pairing the device to the handset. This is *not* a problem you want to fix while driving, have your hands full, or similar situation where your attention has to be focused elsewhere.But let's be serious for just a minute: I'm comparing a >30.00 USD headset to a <90.00 USD headset (when it was new). If you're on the fence and need convincing, I'd say buy it. You're easily getting three times the value.

When used on calls it it is not clear. its perfectly fine for other purposes.

Update: 5/22/20 I bought another headset. I still like it but they did change the piece that holds it on your ear which is a little disappointing. The old piece rotated which prevented it from breaking. The new piece they sent seems like a cheaper option that doesnt rotate at all. And is less comfortable.Ive bought this headset more then once. Lost the other one so i decided to buybit again. It has great battery life and last most the day. The sound is about average but im just using it to listen to books/movies and answer phone calls so I'm not picky. Very easy to use and charges quickly. It stands up well to daily use. Ive tried out other brands and went back to this one because it has the best battery life and isn't expensive.
