The lift is well-made, heavy duty, and does a great job but the maximum height is not as described. It extends to 15 inches maximum height.

Must Have for motorcycle repair!!!
This stand is perfect for any motorcycle repair project. Very stable for lifting & support. Would highly recommend this product to anyone that chooses to do their own repairs!!!

Poor quality - thread wore out under a load of under 200 lbs, used less than 5 times!
See photos, thread wore out and it will no longer lift from the down position. When it did work it leaned to the left so the weight was not properly supported. I used it less than 5 times on the same item that weighs under 200 lbs. It's rated for over 1000 lbs? I don't think so. Don't buy this brand!

Works very well, great lift for the money
Bought as an accessory for my motorcycle lift table. I use it to remove the wheels on my Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. It lifted my heavy bike with ease. I will give the advice that others have given, use a ratchet and socket! Don't get in a hurry by using a powered tool. They will create excess heat and stress on the threaded shaft and can cause galling or stripped threads like others have experienced.

Great for bigger bikes.
Fits in my truck or trailer compactly. You could use a cordless drill to raise and lower, but with a ratchet or the tool that comes with it, no need to add that complication if your hands are strong enough. Rocks a bit at full extension but not excessivelyMakes it way easier to maintain tires and lube chains.
