Yes, in my experience they will shrink over time. So the last time I ordered one I ordered it one size larger to allow for the shrinking.

I ordered large and the inseam was close to 30-31"

I’m 5’4” but weigh 145. I bought my regular size which is a LG. Fits great. They run true to size so order your regular size.

The inseam is 28 inches plus a one-inch elastic hem; total inseam is 29 inches. I’m 5’3” and this length fits perfectly!
