Good for blending with frozen fruit, bananas milk, peanut butter and making a smoothie (or any drink you prefer). I can't say how it tastes with water or by itself since I've never drank it bare, but doesn't have much of a strong flavor or chalky after tastes that I've found some other products and flavors to have. A somewhat smaller container with a relatively bigger scoop so I found this goes pretty fast. Not bad for me since I didn't want to commit to the larger ones but if you workout 3 or more times a week and drink this after, it may last about a month depending if you're single scooping or not. Also got this since it's suppose to be better if you have lactose intolerance. While I think it's better than other proteins that have more whey and dairy products, I was still bloating when taking these regularly but it's a trade off to getting big in the gym.
