Produces the perfect flavor that I'm looking for. Creates a noticeable Souffle in the drink which gives it a nice touch. I'm not sure if its my Keurig or the pods of this brand, but sometimes the Keurig needle doesn't fully puncture it and it fails to brew. If you're having this problem then open/close it a few times in different rotations to fully puncture it.

We have tried several brands of hot chocolate to make in our Keurig. One had an artificial taste and the other gummed up our coffee maker. The crazy cups are delicious. The only problem was putting the carton in a bag instead of a box. The postal carrier crammed it in the mailbox and the carton was destroyed. Fortunately, none of the pods were breached. Advise a box for packaging in the future.

I bought a box of these (as I’m not a coffee drinker), and they were phenomenal!! Add some flavored creamer and you’re good to go!For some reason, Amazon stopped offering it. 😔

I am not the biggest coffee fan because of the taste. I decided to try something new and take the risk. Let me just say it was the best decision I could have made. It tastes fantastic and is not overbearingly sweet. Love it love it love it. I am definitely going to buy again!

I ordered these as an alternative to the peppermint hot cocoa that Starbucks has, and this just did not have the same flavor. Cute packaging but the flavor wasn’t there for me :(

For best results, I recommend going with an 8oz pour in a snarky cup. Personally, I use a cup that looks like a camera lens. But you do you…TLDR: The beverage is amazing and delicious and worth every penny. The shipping and packaging sucks however (see attached photo). But hey, I didn't buy it for the cool collectors box it came in. Buy now, and enjoy.

I am absolutely obsessed with these Keurig pods. I absolutely absolutely hate coffee, and this has been an amazing alternative to get my caffeine. Will you be bringing these back???

These give me a kick in the pants without the **** in the pants coffee gives. Why is it I had to be one of the three in ten people coffee does that to? WHY?For max cocoa goodness, I also add one packet of milk chocolate cocoa form another name brand in the same cup. Don't bother putting the pod in the machine, just open\peel the foil top off and pour into your cup and add blazing hot water. Very delicious.
