Would have given the mirror a 4.5/5 if I could. I took off a star because of a small crack near the right edge of the mirror and next to the bulb (see pictures). Good thing it was in an obscure position, so you won't really notice it unless looking really really close. That's why I didn't bother to exchange it. Talking about brightness, oh boy..., those bulbs are brighter than my brother's future. The pictures were taken with my bedroom lights off. The only light source was from the mirror bulbs, and you can tell how bright they are. The 3 different white balance settings are easy to see in real life, but two of them (I think daylight and cool white?) look very similar in the photos. But trust me, you'll be able to tell the differences very easily in real life. This means that you can worry less about how different your makeup looks under different lighting situations. Trust me, I've been there. Thought I looked flawless and mesmerizing when looking at myself in the mirror with some warm white lights. That was true until I stepped out in the bright daylight. Oh boy, I looked like a (really bad) drag queen. But now I can at least see how terrible I look right away in daylight setting without having to show my face to the world.I've just got my mirror today and those are my first impressions. May update my review once I spend more time using it.

Very nice quality. I have a small space to do my makeup and this helped out A LOT . I have had it for a couple of months now. SO FAR VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE.

This is an amazing mirror that is perfect for my makeup vanity! I absolutely love it! The only reason I gave it four starts was because the one I originally received was broken. Getting a replacement one was easy though! If you are planning on giving this as a gift I would open it up and make sure it didn’t get shattered during transportation.

love this item so much but sadly it came cracked I wish they would of packaged this item a lot better I'm seeing other people had the same issue with cracks.. but if it wasn't for the crack everything else works amazing!

I was a little skeptical about this mirror bc there were a few reviews saying there’s arrived shatter so i was a little nervous about it but it came perfect not one single crack it fits on my desk perfect the brightness levels are amazing and very easy to assemble I’m so excited to try it out I’ll keep you updated if anything so happens to go wrong
