I love this product. I've been struggling with estrogen dominance issues and have tried many different products in the last two years. (Currently taking Dim, calcium d-glucarate, Id-3, vitex, plus did many others that I've phased out.) This product has given me the most rapid results of any of my efforts. It could be a cumulative thing where i took this after all the other things prepped me for a big healing. But i can't verify that. All I know is that a month after taking this, the massive fibroid that's causing me grief feels like it's about half the size it was before taking this. Did this product help my 24/7 overheating…yes. However, I started with two a day, then three then noticed my breasts were sore and getting bigger? I’m now taking only one and the soreness is much improved

I have taken BC pills for 20+ years. In recent years I have noticed an increase in PMS s/s with pretty ridiculous mood swings. The BC does a decent job of 'controlling' these mood swings but also results in ZERO libido. I decided to stop BC and try something more natural. I've been taking this product for a few months. No drastic or mind blowing changes. Nothing instant. But i do feel more 'stable' and less roller coaster like during my cycle. My libido is slowly returning as well. **I take 1 tablet daily whenever I remember to take it. Usually mid-day with or without food.
