Seller hard to get communications from
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely horrible. The screws are too small to go where they are supposed to. They literally fall right in. They aren’t labeled correctly, both of them say R for right. Will probably return since I can’t put it together without the right screws. Might need a power tool to force them in there but with the way they fall in I still don’t know if that would work.. Waste of money and time. Can’t say if it’s comfortable or not. Never got that far. The brackets are misaligned

Filled with cotton
Lightly filled with feathers. Biggest rip off/scam description ever!They said they couldn’t refund me or accept the couches back. They offered me $300 to take down my review & when I agreed, they never contacted me or responded when I confirmed that I had taken down my previous review.Save your time & money, don’t buy these couches.

Underwhelmed
The media could not be loaded. We loved the photos of this couch and decided to take a risk by buying a couch on Amazon. The four boxes/three different deliveries process was daunting but once we got all four boxes, my husband was able to put it together fairly easily thanks to the accompanying video. The seat cushions are firm but there’s little to no back support because the back cushions are thin. I love the length of it but wish the cushions were filled. I’ll have to supplement with larger linen pillows to get the support needed. Overall, it’s a sturdy all-wood piece that should last a long time, it’s just lower than advertised and thinner than I’d like.

Not worth it
It’s cute in the picture. The cushions are brick hard. Not comfortable at all. Still uncomfortable till this day had over 6 months.
